It's World Mental Health Day! At Skynetfusion we're proud to have lots of things in place to support our employees' mental health and overall well-being, including:

📅 Mental Health Mondays
Every Monday, Imogen gives a short presentation on a mental health-related topic, in addition to resources. Topics have included dealing with stress, coping with anxiety and preventing burnout.

⛑️ Mental Health First Aiders
We recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health and have two mental health first aiders to provide support, guidance and a listening ear.

🎯 Break Out Activities
Our breakout room features a foosball table, darts board and smart TV, enabling our team to de-stress and unwind during their lunch breaks.

While mental health awareness is improving in the UK, 1/4 people in England experience a mental health problem each year.

If you're struggling, don't feel ashamed or embarrassed to reach out. There are many resources and services available, such as Mind, Samaritans, CALM and Shout - we've listed their numbers below.

The conference consisted of some incredibly insightful talks from Jake Moore, as well as Danni Brooke & Ben Owen from Hunted. There were also plenty of surprises and treats, including a custom ESET LEGO set, gin, cocktail making session, casino evening and live entertainment.
